Joe Ayala

Joe Ayala is the Account Manager at The Mund Group whose primary focus is assisting with the design and implementation of employee benefits. Combining both his General Lines Agent License and his extensive background in Human Resources allows Joe to assess the economics of sophisticated planning techniques prior to implementing them in each client’s unique benefit package. Joe is closely involved with the evaluation of life insurance and group benefit products, as well as the fostering of client relationships.

Joe brings a fresh perspective to the field of employee benefits and life insurance utilizing his strong customer service background. Prior to working at The Mund Group, Joe worked in CAD Industry for 18 years and was promoted to a Customer Service Supervisor during his tenure for 10 years. He spent 9 years as Human Resource Benefit Manager at McKenna Memorial Hospital. Joe is able to utilize the skills and abilities honed in the fast paced world of Human Resources and his past supervisory position to address all of the needs of our successful clients.
 

Joe is married to Clara and has 3 daughters.
